From overload to clarity

Stop reviewing email one message at a time.

SenseInbox groups the patterns hiding inside years of mail so you can make a few informed decisions instead of thousands of tiny ones.

01

Map the inbox

Scan and classify mailbox history into useful categories, sender patterns, receipts, recurring signals and protected mail.

02

Review the plan

See exactly what SenseInbox recommends, adjust sender-level decisions and preview what would change before any provider mutation occurs.

03

Act reversibly

Approved cleanup moves through provider preflight, reversible execution, an immutable ledger and undo. Permanent deletion is not part of the path.

Designed for restraint

The smartest inbox action is sometimes doing nothing.

Low confidence, high-value categories and protected messages are intentionally kept out of cleanup execution.

Protected-mail invariantsImportant categories and low-confidence mail stay protected by default.
Reversible executionCleanup is built around preflight, explicit approval, audit trail and undo.
Separate organize permissionRead/scan access and mutation authority are treated as different consent steps.
Optional connectors stay optionalMCP and AI can remain entirely disabled without blocking core SenseInbox.

More than cleanup

Find the signal inside the noise.

Sender intelligence, receipt and invoice discovery, standards-based unsubscribe signals, recurring-payment hints and cross-mailbox portfolio views turn old email into something you can actually reason about.

Control is the feature.

No. The current provider execution surface is intentionally reversible and does not implement a permanent mailbox-delete primitive.
No. Scanning/intelligence and organize authority are separated. Cleanup goes through review and preflight before explicit reversible execution.
No. Connectors are optional and disabled by default. The core Gmail/Microsoft product works without them.
Yes. SenseInbox includes account disconnect/reconnect and derived-data privacy operations without requiring changes to provider mail.
