1. Connect for intelligence
Connect Gmail/Google Workspace or Outlook/Microsoft 365. SenseInbox builds a mailbox map using provider metadata, message previews and derived intelligence required for the product experience.
2. Build the mailbox map
Initial scan and incremental sync feed sender intelligence, message categories, protected-mail decisions, receipt/invoice signals, duplicate/repetitive patterns and cleanup candidates.
3. Review at the right level
Instead of reviewing every old message individually, you can reason at sender and category level. The review experience shows candidate counts and protected mail before building a provider-specific batch.
4. Preflight against the live mailbox
Before execution, SenseInbox re-checks the current provider state. Protected items, stale candidates, failed provider states and reconciliation ambiguity are rejected rather than forced through.
5. Execute reversibly
Approved actions are applied through supported reversible provider operations, recorded in the execution ledger and remain eligible for undo under the product's configured undo policy. Permanent provider deletion is not implemented.
6. Keep it clean—only if you want to
Smart automation can turn repeated decisions into explicit rules with report-only, preflight-only or reversible execution modes. Automation remains policy-gated and auditable.
7. Add optional intelligence
Multi-mailbox Portfolio views can aggregate derived counts across mailboxes. MCP and AI connectors can be enabled separately for read/planning/advisory use; they do not gain mailbox mutation authority.
